Prosecuted under the Proceeds of Crime & Terrorism Acts for £2.2 million  E-mail

The alleged crimes I have committed are: Letting out my own 'lawful' farm buildings and 'lawful' hard standing to small businesses. Erecting telegraph pole's and fences. Storing of top soil and using a shower and toilet unit. If STS were successful, every farmer and landowner in the UK letting their 'lawful' land and/or buildings would be at risk of prosecution under the 'Proceeds of Crime Act 2002'.

Yet, only recently it was announced that an arm of Barclays Bank were trading unlawfully by rigging interest rates and clearly ripping us all of for billions. Will the traders get prosecuted? Not a chance! They pick on people like me because, we, the general public, are an easier option. Its time we stood together to expose this sort of corporate abuse of power. What is this country coming to?

I pay my Income Tax, National Insurance Contributions, Business Rates, VAT and I pay a Certified Chartered Accountant to make sure that it is done properly. I also hold my last twenty years of accounts available for inspection by the relevant authorities.

RBC & STS are prosecuting me for running a 'legitimate' business this could be the biggest scandal in RBC's history. By prosecuting me under these acts insinuates that I am a criminal and I live a criminal lifestyle which is totally ridiculous and laughable. I am a chicken farmer.

I have decided to mention these court proceedings here because Get Surrey, owned by Trinity Mirror plc, have failed to report this event in their newspaper. I suspect that Councillor Woodger is telling Get Surrey what and what not to print. This may turn out to be the most disastrous court case for RBC in their history and yet Get Surrey cannot or will not inform the people of Runnymede.

I was last in the Crown Court on 15th June 2012. Because of my lack of faith in solicitors, I represented myself, as I have done from the start. I don't know a great deal about the law but I have an good idea of what is right and what is wrong. The law is mostly common sense anyway.

I'm not sure if I am allowed to mention this particular Crown Court case here, on this website, but I am going to take that chance because of my strong belief that not only should the people of Runnymede be made aware of these proceedings, but also the far reaching consequences that this case could have.

Nethertheless, I do have faith in the Crown Court system and this matter will be decided in Guilfdord Crown Court on the 10th September 2012 when I expect common sense will prevail.

I have read this and feel I must write to you, what on earth is happening to this country of ours, you say you rented out lawful buildings and open space to enable you to have an income, and you have tax and VAT records going back for 20 years !!! What more are you supposed to do, my word the sum invoved 2.2 million is enough to give me heart failure, I hope you are strong enough to fight this blatantly ludicrous case and come out on top, good luck in the future.

This site has some fascinating sections to it and what I thought was some very newsworthy content, I live out of your area so don't get the local paper, I thought I would have a look at the Surrey Herald online to see what has been reported about your case. If for no other reason than to get another point of view. There is always two sides to a story, so I was very surprised to find nothing available to read. The Surrey Herald is part of Trinity Mirror group who publish over 260 titles. What is wrong with them for keeping your problems out of the papers, I would have thought some of these actions taken by the police, fire service and council officials would make good print, good enough to make it into the Daily Mirror even. Something here is not as it should be, I would love to know who works at your local paper and to be able to ask them why your case does not exist in their eyes. THIS IS NEWS why not tell the rest of the area what's going on. Just another mystery surrounding Padd Farm !!!!

Hi Eric,
The Surrey Herald and Get Surrey only print Councillor Woodger's propaganda, as far as Padd farm is concerned. As you can see some Surrey Police Officer's are involved in this conspiracy, so there's no point in going back to them complaining. This is how it is how it is, a cross between the Mafia and the Wild West. I thought that I had an idea about how Local Authorities worked, but it turned out that I knew nothing and unfortunately had to learn the hard way. Thanks for your comments

I would look to enter a counter claim of £20 million in compensation for distress and harassment not just from the council but from the Surrey police force and the Fire brigade. This may make them think twice about making a claim against you. I'm sure there is legislation which you could use against RBC.

Hi Al,
I am going to make several claims for compensation in the very near future. I can't say too much now, but I will post all the details on this site, thank you for your comments.
